App Casal – Operational

Casal (Companhia de Saneamento de Alagoas) is the company responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance of water supply and sewage systems in population centers in the State of Alagoas. Its main economic activity is the collection, treatment and distribution of water.

Each city has a person responsible for making a report, some of these cities have their supply dependent on other neighboring cities, requiring daily reports. The method for recording the supply situation of each city was done manually, in a printed spreadsheet or by whatsapp, which at the end of the day were transferred to an excel spreadsheet and later at the end of each week a person was responsible for organizing all the situations of cities.
